I am more satisfied with Dr. Prakash Selvam sir and CTS clinic. 10 years ago, I undergone Total Hip replacement surgery done by Dr. Prakash sir. After consulting him I got hope and undergone surgery. என் தம்பி பாலாஜி இரண்டாவது மாடியில் Water Tank தூய்மை செய்யும் சமயத்தில் தவறி கீழே விழுந்துவிட்டார். உடனே புதுச்சேரி அரசு மருத்துவமனையில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டார். அங்கு இரண்டு கால்கள், விலா எலும்பு, இடுப்பு எலும்பு மற்றும் முதுகு தண்டுவடம் உடைந்து உள்ளது எனவே தற்சமயம் எதுவும் சொல்ல முடியாது என்றார்கள் மாவு கட்டு மட்டும் போட்டார்கள். பிறகு ஒரு கால் ரொம்பவும் அடிப்பட்டு இருப்பதால் எடுக்க வேண்டி இருக்கும் என்றார்கள். ஹீமோகுளோபின் அளவு குறைவாக இருக்கிறது என்று சொல்லி 7 நாட்கள் வரை ஆப்ரேஷன் எதுவுமே செய்யவில்லை. சென்னையில் பிற மருத்துவமனையில் கேட்டதற்கு நல்ல தகவல் யாரும் சொல்லவில்லை. கடைசி வரை wheel chair தான் என்று கூறினார்கள். பிறகு எங்கள் மாமா Dr. பிரகாஷ் செல்வம் அவர்களை பற்றி கூறினார். எங்கள் மாமா டாக்டரிடம் பேசினார். அதற்கு Dr. பிரகாஷ் செல்வம் அவர்கள் பையனை தூக்கி கொண்டு வா நான் பார்த்து கொள்கிறேன் என்று கூறினார். ஜூலை 5 ம் தேதி இரவு 8:30 மணியளவில் சென்னை அண்ணா நகர் 4th Main Road ல் உள்ள CTS Speciality Hospital அழைத்து வந்தோம். அன்று இரவே X-ray மற்றும் Scan எடுத்து அடுத்தநாளே ஆப்ரேஷன் செய்தார். தற்போது என் தம்பி நடக்கிறான். Dr. பிரகாஷ் செல்வம் அவர்கள் இல்லை என்றால் என் தம்பியின் நிலைமையை நினைத்து கூட பார்க்க முடியவில்லை.

To start with – Dr Prakash Selvam – Other than a surgeon of excellence- man of simplicity,kind hearted, very friendly & easy to approach for any clarification. We know him for the past decade. Assistant/Duty Doctors M/S Raj, Praveen are very kind.
Hospital admin staff are very good – M/S Saraswathi,Ramya,Divya,Deepika,Mythili, Immanuel,Vinoth,Surya are very specific.
Nurses- I should mention – They are very very sincere in their duties .In particular M/S Revathy,Gomathy,Ramya,Nalini,Shanthini,Madumitha . Sorry if I have missed some of their names.
Physiotherapy – Entire team under Mr Vijay is excellent M/S Margaret,Deva,Sathish .

Hi All, I am sharing my story here so that it can give hope to someone who sees it. So on June 2022 I have slipped on stairs and have experienced pain in my leg. I went to nearby clinic and consulted a doctor and got physiotherapy. It will be ok for 1 week and then again I will get pain. I have repeated this for 2 months. In the month of September the pain got worse. I have started walking abnormally. To my fate I have listened to my neighbours and went to siddha treatments. I am not blaming the siddha medicines and all here but It didn’t worked for me. After 1 week of siddha medicines with all the restrictions of food intake, I couldn’t walk at all. Also I have experienced hell while sleeping due to the pain. Literally I am crying here while thinking about the pain I have experienced. I couldn’t even take a step, I couldn’t stand itself. I have lived in hell for one month. Finally I have decided to go to orthopaedic doctor. I should thank my father’s friend who suggested me Dr. Prakash Selvam. For me doctor Prakash was the GOD who brought me out of the hell which I have experienced. He immediately admitted me in hospital and took biopsy and started the treatment. I came to know that I have got infection in my joint. That’s why I have experienced so much pain. By reading this review so far you can feel how depressed I was at that time. I have thought that I will not be able to walk with my own leg hereafter. Because one of the doctors who diagnosed me previously said that I may need to get hip joint replacement. I was too depressed while thinking about that. But doctor Prakash calmly explained about the treatment to me and I wholeheartedly followed his instructions and believed him. I have got nothing to believe except his words. It takes both the patient as well as doctors efforts for the treatment to be successful. I have started my treatment in the month of November and started to walk without the Walker support in the month of May. One best thing was that, I am the type of person who needs the explanation so that I can view it what really happens here. He explained me what is happening while doing physiotherapy exercises and it helped me to view what really happens while I am doing my physiotherapy exercises. It helped me to be able to walk quicker than expected and also without the need of hip joint replacement. I am now walking with my own leg. It’s been a year now. Finally the war is coming to an end for me. Now I can walk without any difficulties. But still struggling to sit on the floor like folding our legs. Hope will achieve that goal of mine also in few days or weeks. Dr Prakash Selvam from CTS Speciality hospital has done ortho operation for me and was able to walk on 3rd day of operation. Hospital doctors, nurses and staffs has taken good care of me during hospitalization. Hospital is clean and atmosphere is good for patients. My self sampath Kumar …i have consulted Dr Prakash selvam for my wife’s shoulder injury. Dr Prakash said she was suffering from a tendon injury and that can be treated by a key hole procedure. She underwent Arthroscopic supraspinatus repair surgery according to his advice. Now after 2 months she is feeling very confident to use her shoulder again without any pain.
